The bearings insertion machine,
a fully automatic system, allows
the CNC bearings insertion inside
screw compressors.
The plant is equipped with special
load cells, placed on charging
group, able to sense the insertion
force with particular precision.
It permits the insertion of the
bearings in a specific range of
distance, detecting any interference
on bearing housing in order
to intercept a possible noncompliance.
At the end of the insertion
operation the plant is automatically
running the screwing of the threated locking ring with presetted
torque.
The bearing insertion machine
with screw compressors is
furnished with an industrial PC
with SCADA system for the
management of all functions.
