Project planning, Organization and supervision of machine and plant transport BMB srl also offers a highly qualified ‘Transport’ service for the machines and plants located in Italy and abroad.
Prior to the transport, the structural and functional stability is determined. A photographic documentation and marking procedures precedes the procedure of disassembly. Once re-assembled, assistance is provided up to the machines complete re-starting.

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE customer care
The ‘Technical Assistance’ customer care service is available in Italy and abroad offering telephone, Voip and video assistance from the headquarters or directly on site.

The aim of the service is that of providing efficient, qualified and continual assistance to assure the productive efficiency of the machines and plants through repair interventions, spare part supply and assistance during the production phase. If requested, we also provide our customers with a conformation service to adapt to new process requirements.

In general, the service is offered to all the systems installed but we are also available for systems and hardware that we did not personally supply once our technicians have performed the survey foreseen.
The different types of services provided may be detailed or gathered on the basis of the effective requirements of each single customer through ‘ad hoc’ maintenance contracts defining the interventions and expenses foreseen.

The following paragraphs outline the activities and offers related to the service:

- Maintenance of the hardware installed through repairs, spare part supplies and summoned interventions.

- Hardware updating and replacement of obsolete systems and devices (retrofitting).

- Scheduled maintenance contracts. Tailor-made contract formulation in compliance with the customer’s and plant’s requirements in view of the maintenance of the optimal conditions of functionality and production efficiency.

 

AUTOMATION CONSULTANCY

The consultancy service we offer are the following:

- Technical consultancy for preliminary feasibility studies, investment costs, yields.
- Check-up of our technical department for the organization of the project along with the operative modalities.
- Support for the project planning, choice of materials and manufacturing technologies.
- Analysis and control of the machine and system compliance with the standards in force (i.e. Machine, Electric equipment on board machine, Safety Directives, etc.)
- Specific technical consultancy during the drawing of the technical documentation.
- Technical documentation: use and maintenance manuals, catalogues, spare parts, etc.
- Dimensioning calculations and coherence of the electric axis.
- Assistance for the CE Acknowledgement (with self-certification or issued on behalf of an notified authority).
